Front is offering beta access for three new AI features: suggested replies, similar conversations, and AI tagging. Participate in the beta to see how your team can leverage these features to accelerate your workflows, and send us your feedback to help us improve your experience.

How it works

To participate in the open beta:

  • A company admin must navigate to the AI tab in company settings and enable the feature(s) your organization would like to use. 

  • You must be on the latest Growth plan or above.

These AI beta features are available to turn on now, until we reach capacity. They will be free to use through the end of 2024, but may be moved into a paid add-on in the future.

Email channels only: Quickly resolve simple inquiries with AI-generated email drafts based on knowledge base content.

FAQ

How can I start using the beta features?

A company admin can navigate to the AI tab in company settings and enable the feature(s) your organization would like to use. 

How long will beta sign ups be open for?

You can enable any AI beta feature until we reach capacity.

Will these features be included in my plan?

They will be free to use through the end of 2024 for companies on the latest Growth plan or above, but may be moved into a paid add-on in the future.

What channels are supported?

These features are only available for email channels.

How do I share feedback?

Check our ideas portal here to see if your idea or feedback already exists.

  • If it exists, you can upvote and/or comment on the idea to add additional details or describe the importance to your team’s workflows.

  • If it doesn't exist, you can submit a new idea by clicking Add a new idea and share details about your idea and/or the problem you're having.

Doing any of those actions will ensure your feedback is reviewed by our Product team. This will also subscribe you to any updates and progress made on those ideas.
