Active teammates

Purpose

Track team capacity during a report period or during specific times of day.

Example use case: Comparing the heatmap of messages received to active teammates can surface staffing shortages where volumes are high but capacity is low.

Definition

Unique count of teammates that took an action (e.g. message, archive, tag) during the period

FAQ

• Active teammates does not measure general login activity but rather actions taken. Therefore, a teammate that opened conversations but did not take any action would not appear in this metric. For a report of teammate activity based on logs, refer to the teammate activity export instead.
