How to enable and use the Aircall integration

Aircall is a cloud-based phone system and call center software solution that allows you to log call activity and listen to call and voicemail recordings directly in Front. Additionally, Aircall allows you to connect your Aircall phone to make and receive calls from Front to get more done in one place.

Once you've set up the Aircall inbox, please head over to Aircall’s help guide to set up the dialer to make and receive calls from Front. Aircall maintains this part of the integration, so please visit https://support.aircall.io/ to contact their support team.

This feature is available on the Growth plan or above. Some legacy plans with different names may also have this feature.
