FAQ

When selecting text to refine with AI, why is my content partially updated?

Make sure you select the full content you want to replace. If you have words partially selected, this may result in broken words, broken sentences, etc.

Can I partially translate article content?

No. The translation feature will translate the full article at this time.

Why is the “Translate from” banner missing from my article?

The “Translate from” banner will display under the following conditions:

  • You have at least one additional language in your knowledge base.

  • The article is empty (has no title or existing content). Clear out any existing content and the banner will appear.

Why do I get an error message stating my content is too large to translate? 

If your article is too large, we may not be able to translate it automatically. Reduce the content in the source language to enable translation.
