How to cancel your subscription

Edited

Overview

You can cancel your Front subscription at any time in your billing settings.

However, any monthly or annual payments you've already made are nonrefundable, and you will not be issued a credit to your account for future use, per our SaaS Services Agreement. You are accountable for the entire upfront fees associated with your chosen subscription period, even upon early termination.

Your account data

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you have the following options for managing your Front data:

  • Keep data in Front: Front's policy is to permanently delete customer data thirty (30) days from the termination date of the subscription. This is the default action that will happen unless you request for an earlier account deletion.

  • Export data: You can request for an export of your Front data, explained here

  • Early hard delete: If you want to request an earlier permanent account deletion, please have your Front company admin reach out to Front's support team. This action is not recoverable.

Access and limitations

During the 30-day data retention window after the termination date of your subscription:

You can still:

  • Log in to Front

  • Search through your conversation history

  • Access analytics

You cannot:

  • Send messages or comments

  • Create resources like channels, inboxes, teammates, etc.

  • Access your Front knowledge base(s)

  • Access Front's API
