Note: Only admins can create rules for shared inboxes, but Standard Access users can create rules for their individual inbox.

Out-of-office rules are considered delayed rules and are available for plans that include Advanced rule conditions-- the Growth plan or above. Some legacy plans with different names may also have this feature.
