In Front, your conversations will thread together unless you have chosen the No Threading option. Conversations have a limit in the number of messages that thread together, at which point a new conversation will automatically split off:

• SMS and WhatsApp channels will split into a new thread at 10000 messages.

• Custom channels will split into a new thread at 1000 messages.

• All other channels will split into a new thread at 500 messages.

You can also manually split conversations to create new threads.
