Count of times chat visitors reach the end of a path in your chatbot flow.
This metric counts the number of unique chat conversations. If a chat visitor returns multiple times to the same conversation, they will only be counted once. However, if a chat visitor returns to a conversation after it has ended and starts a new conversation, that visitor will be counted a second time.
This metric excludes chat visitors that drop off before completing your chatbot flow.
