Track how many conversations are still in SLA breach at the end of the time period of a report.

 

Example use case: See at-a-glance how many conversations were still in SLA breach yesterday at the end of the day.

Definition

Count of conversation segments with at least one activity during time period of the report and where an SLA breach tag is still present at the end of the time period.
