Whether you're celebrating the new year with a sunny vacation or lounging around in some comfy pajamas at home, don't forget to set an out-of-office reply to let your customers know when you're coming back!
Instructions
There are three ways to send out-of-office replies:
Option 1: Set up time off for your individual channels.
Option 2: Create an out-of-office rule for your own inbox.
Option 3: Create an out-of-office rule for a shared inbox.
Here's an example rule you can build:
Note: Only admins can create rules for shared inboxes, but non-admin users can create rules for their individual inboxes.
