FAQ
Which field types are supported for custom form fields?
Custom form fields support Short Text (small text box) and Long Text (large text box).
How do I publish edits to my contact form?
You can always select Edit channel settings to make changes to an existing contact form. Once you make the changes to your form, you’ll also need to republish your entire knowledge base. A quick way to do this is to make a small change to another knowledge base field (e.g. knowledge base name, hero text, etc.), save, revert your changes, and save again.
What if I’m using a custom domain?
If your custom domain is set up correctly, it will point to the default built-in domain in the Form location field.
