How to enable and use the Bugpilot integration
Bugpilot automatically collects screenshots, screen recordings, steps to reproduce, user info, and console logs, so you don't have to ask. Bugpilot gets all the information support agents need to understand what happened on the user’s screen.
Bugpilot's Front integration shows automatically-generated Bugpilot reports for each conversation in a Front inbox. CS agents can "grab a screenshot" and "start a screen recording" on demand directly from Front.
