Conversations overdue at end (previously Conversations in breach at end)

Purpose

Track how many conversations are still overdue at the end of the time period of a report.

 

Example use case: See at-a-glance how many conversations were still in overdue yesterday at the end of the day.

Definition

Count of conversation segments with at least one activity during the time period of the report and where a time goal overdue tag is still present at the end of the time period.
