How to enable and use the Toky integration
Toky is a web-based business phone system that enables you to handle calls and SMS from customers via phone, app, or desktop. Integrating Toky with Front means all of your interactions with your customers are kept in the same place. Calls and texts are tracked right in Front, next to everything else you’re working on. Even your contacts will be synced between Front and Toky. From Front, you can reply to SMS and WhatsApp Business messages, or navigate to a Toky page to call your contact.

After setting up the integration, Toky call and SMS activity will appear in your customers' contact details in Front.
This feature is available on the Growth plan or above. Some legacy plans with different names may also have this feature.
