Messages with templates

Purpose

Show overall usage of shared message templates. Although not always possible for every team, a high number indicates the team’s communication motions are well-optimized.

Definition

Count of all outbound messages using a shared message template during the time period of the report, divided by all outbound messages sent during the reporting period.

FAQ

• Auto-replies sent by rules or time off auto-responders do not count as messages sent with or without templates.

• Messages sent by sequences do not count as messages sent with or without templates.

• Message sent with personal message templates are not included.
