How to enable and use the unitQ integration
unitQ enables CX leaders to understand friction in their user journey and be data-driven heroes with Product and Engineering. unitQ aggregates multiple feedback data sources (Front, app reviews, social media), categorizes the feedback with AI, analyzes it, and drives actions. These categories are generated by AI and monitored by humans to ensure they resonate with our users.
This integration adds Front as one of unitQ's data sources, allowing you to gain visibility into friction in your user journey. The data from Front is fed into unitQ and analyzed by AI to provide you with insights that drive sophisticated customer workflows.
You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
