Overview

HelpDocs enables businesses to help customers help themselves with an always-on knowledge base platform. Keeping documentation and support content updated means that customers can find the answers they need without needing to open more support tickets. HelpDocs makes creating and managing outstanding knowledge base content easy.

The HelpDocs integration makes sharing knowledge base articles with your customers simple. From the integrations sidebar in Front, you can search your HelpDocs documentation and include links to articles directly in your responses with a single click. Your support team will always have the answers they need, directly in Front.

You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
