Troubleshooting: Pasting calendar availability into the email composer removes links

If you're attempting to insert your calendar availability into emails, you may run into an issue where the slots are inserted as plain text without links. This is most likely due to the Paste as text setting being toggled on.

You can turn this off in your settings.

Step 1

Click the gear icon and navigate to your personal settings. Select Preferences in the sidebar.

Step 2

Toggle off the Paste as text setting.

Step 3

Click Save. After the change, you can insert meeting slots as expected.
