Kenji Hayward it is still an issue, I went through all areas and there is nothing unread, it's still bolded.

christina martin thank you but that isn't the issue, everything in that inbox archived, trash all areas are opened and read emails yet it is still bold and showing a bold #1 next to it,…

Sorry if I have missed this somewhere but how can I get an inbox or tag box to un bold? I have read the item sitting in there but it's still bolded, any ideas would be great! Thanks
