How to enable and use the Onro integration

Onro is a courier and last-mile delivery management platform that helps logistics companies manage orders, dispatching, drivers, routing, tracking, proof of delivery, and customer communication.

The Onro integration lets Support teams search delivery orders directly from the Front sidebar using an order code. Agents can view the latest delivery status, service, vehicle, and timestamps, and then open tracking pages, access shipment labels, copy tracking links, and copy formatted order details without leaving Front. The integration is read-only and only displays the operational information needed for customer support.
