How to enable and use the Dataleap integration

Dataleap is an AI work automation platform. Dataleap connects to Front to let AI agents read and triage conversations, send replies and internal comments, manage tags and contacts, and pull knowledge base content. Teammates can build agents that trigger on events like new messages, assignments, or tag changes and act on them automatically or run tasks on demand. The work happens automatically so your team spends less time on repetitive inbox tasks.

You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
