How to enable and use the DialNext integration
Overview
DialNext is a customer communication platform that enables businesses to make calls and send SMS messages to their customers.

The DialNext integration brings a fully integrated dialer directly into your Front workspace. Access the DialNext dialer from the Front sidebar and make or receive calls without switching between applications. Your team will work more efficiently by keeping customer conversations and calling workflows within the same interface you already use for email, SMS, and other communication channels.
In addition to calling capabilities, DialNext automatically logs all call activities and SMS conversations within Front. Every interaction is associated with the relevant customer record, giving your teams a complete communication timeline in one place. With all customer touchpoints centralized inside Front, teams gain better visibility into conversations, improve collaboration, and deliver a more consistent customer experience.
