How to enable and use the MindCloud integration
Overview
MindCloud is an integration and automation platform that helps teams connect their business tools and streamline work across systems. Users can build workflows, trigger actions across connected apps, and automate repetitive operational processes without maintaining fragile custom integrations. MindCloud brings app connectivity, workflow orchestration, and AI-assisted setup together in one platform.
Connect Front to MindCloud to read conversations, messages, comments, contacts, teammates, channels, and tags, then take action inside automation flows. Teams can use MindCloud to triage shared inbox work, create draft replies, add internal comments, update assignees and tags, and connect Front activity to the rest of the business.
You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
