How to enable and use the Burt integration

The Burt integration connects to your Front shared inboxes and reads incoming emails in real time. When relevant messages come in (tracking updates, document requests, quote inquiries), Burt ingests them and automatically triggers workflows with full context from those emails, allowing your team can skip the manual work.

You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
