How to enable and use the Beep integration

Beep lets teams replace lengthy typed messages with voice notes that are automatically transcribed so that teammates, clients, and customers can listen or read—whichever they prefer. Voice messages are often faster and add a more personal, nuanced touch than written messages, helping teams share context and feedback more naturally. Beep integrates with everyday tools to make it easy to record, share, and reference voice messages within your existing workflows.

Beep embeds directly into Front’s composer and sidebar, allowing teams to record voice messages (with transcripts) inside conversations and internal comments. With one click, users can seamlessly insert a recording and transcription into any message, making it easy to explain complex issues, coach teammates, or respond to customers more personally.
