The integration with Front enables the Knowledge Gap feature, which automatically fetches support tickets and conversations from your workspace, identifies missing content in your knowledge base, and creates or update articles accordingly—keeping your knowledge base continuously up to date.

You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
