During live calls, Strada automatically sends channel messages to keep your team informed of important customer interactions, escalations, or key conversation moments. After calls conclude, the integration triggers post-call workflows that route conversation summaries, action items, and follow-up tasks to the appropriate Front channels, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and enabling smooth handoffs between AI agents and human team members.
You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
