With the eesel.ai integration, Front team members can instantly access answers and draft replies using knowledge from various sources. The integration intelligently suggests relevant responses based on message context, enhancing ticket resolution times and response quality. Agents can search their connected knowledge base without switching tabs and deploy AI to handle high-priority requests.

You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
