July 15, 2025 SaaS Agreement Key Updates
Front may update the features and capabilities of our Services, with reasonable notice provided for any material deprecations.
We’ve clarified responsibilities and limitations related to the use of our Services and Third Party Integrations.
We’ve added anti-bribery language to affirm that neither party will engage in bribery or kickbacks.
New definitions (and related provisions) have been added, including “Excessive Use,” “Sensitive Personal Data,” and “Front Technology.”
We’ve clarified that Customers own their Customer Data and outlined how Front may use it depending on how the Service is provisioned (e.g., trial or beta).
We’ve introduced an order of precedence for interpreting different parts of the Agreement.
