July 15, 2025 SaaS Agreement Key Updates

  • Front may update the features and capabilities of our Services, with reasonable notice provided for any material deprecations.

  • We’ve clarified responsibilities and limitations related to the use of our Services and Third Party Integrations.

  • We’ve added anti-bribery language to affirm that neither party will engage in bribery or kickbacks.

  • New definitions (and related provisions) have been added, including “Excessive Use,” “Sensitive Personal Data,” and “Front Technology.”

  • We’ve clarified that Customers own their Customer Data and outlined how Front may use it depending on how the Service is provisioned (e.g., trial or beta).

  • We’ve introduced an order of precedence for interpreting different parts of the Agreement.
