Upgrades Electron framework to 11.4.5

Changes that affect macOS only:

• Adds support for the new global navigation bar

• Updates icon to match the style of Big Sur

• Drops support for macOS 10.10 (Yosemite) and requires 10.11 (El Capitan) and higher
