How to enable and use the FullContact integration

FullContact provides powerful data enrichment for personal profiles to help you can learn more about your customers.

The FullContact integration brings this context to your Front contacts: names, emails, phone numbers, location data, social media profiles, and more. With FullContact data in Front, you can tailor your responses, identify leads, and build a more complete picture of your customers.


Prerequisites

To set up the FullContact integration, you will need a FullContact API key.


Instructions

Step 1

Click the gear icon on the top right of Front and into the Company settings tab, and select App store from the left menu.

Step 2

Search FullContact in the list of integrations. Click to the See details, then click Enable app.

Step 3

In the pop-up, enter in your FullContact API Key then click Enable.

Step 4

Click Start using this app if you'd like to navigate to your app switcher and immediately begin using the plugin.


Using the integration

Open a conversation in your Front inbox, then select FullContact from the app switcher to open the plugin. You will be able to see the contact's information available in FullContact.
