How to enable and use the JustCall integration

Overview

Our JustCall integration allows you to save call activity automatically in Front and easily follow up on missed calls and voicemails.

Like other integrations, you need to be an admin to enable the JustCall integration.


Instructions

Step 1

Log in to your JustCall account and click on Integrations in the sidebar.

Step 2

Find the Front integration listing and click the +Add button.

Step 3

A popup window will appear asking for approval to Connect to Front. Click the button, and you will enter the Front authentication flow via OAuth.

Step 4

On the next screen, choose Authorize.

Step 5

After authorizing JustCall, you will be redirected back to the JustCall integrations page to select the inbox you want to use for JustCall messages. You can choose an existing inbox or create a new one.  

Step 6

Select your desired inbox and click Save or Create.

Step 7

That’s it! Now you’ll receive messages in your chosen Front inbox for missed calls, voicemails, and more from your JustCall account.

This feature is available on the Growth plan or above. Some legacy plans may also have this feature.
