How to enable and use the Zonka Feedback integration

Zonka Feedback is a multi-channel feedback system and survey app with actionable insights and reporting. Use Zonka Feedback to get real-time survey responses and feedback, and measure NPS, CES, and CSAT.

Zonka Feedback's Front integration lets you create rules to sync survey responses from Zonka Feedback to Front. The synced responses show as messages in Front, and include: scores (NPS, CES, CSAT), comments, full survey responses, customer information, and more.
