How to enable and use the ChargeDesk integration

Overview

The ChargeDesk integration makes it easy to manage customer billing from Front. View subscription and charge history, issue refunds, and request new payments directly from your inbox. ChargeDesk connects Front with popular payment processors like Stripe, Paypal, Shopify, Braintree, Recurly, and more.


Instructions

Step 1

Click the gear icon on the top right of Front and into the Company settings tab, and select App store from the left menu.

Step 2

Select ChargeDesk from the list of integrations. Click See details, then click Enable app.

Step 3

You can now display information and make changes to your customer subscriptions and charges directly in Front. Click Start using this app to navigate to the app switcher in your sidebar.

Step 4

Log in using your ChargeDesk account credentials to connect Front with ChargeDesk.

Step 5

You will be able to see the information available in ChargeDesk and tied to the current message in Front. To view information for another customer, use the Search tab.  

Toggle between tabs to create new customers or edit customer details in ChargeDesk, issue new charges or subscriptions, refund payments, or cancel upcoming charges.
