Connect Your Existing WhatsApp Business App

Already using WhatsApp Business App? You can now connect your existing WhatsApp Business App account to AI Number and Front without losing any data. With WhatsApp Coexistence support, your chats, contacts,  and message history are preserved during the connection process. This allows you to continue using the WhatsApp Business App on your phone for quick, personal replies while simultaneously managing customer conversations with your team in Front.

The setup process takes 5-10 minutes and uses a simple QR code scan to securely link your account. 

Integration with Front 

Connect WhatsApp-enabled AI Number™ with Front to:

• View and reply to messages directly from Front.

• Automate conversations using a drag and drop chatbot builder, and seamlessly hand-off bot conversations to your teammates in Front.

• Send automated WhatsApp messages by integrating third-party tools (such as Airtable), and view automated messages in Front.

• Easily manage and send WhatsApp Message Templates directly in Front.

• Instantly start new WhatsApp conversations, or follow up after the 24-hour WhatsApp window has expired, using WhatsApp Message Templates.
