How to enable and use the Influx integration


Influx is a platform that connects to all major help desks and chat platforms, such as Front. They connect to each platform's API via oAuth or an API key. They use this access to read the content of tickets for QA purposes, and to report on ticket volumes and response times.

You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.


Step 1

Click the gear icon on the top right of Front and into the Company settings tab, and select Developers from the left menu.

Step 2

Create a new token for Influx, with the Shared resources scope. Copy this token.

Step 3

Log in to your account via the Influx website, and click Settings > Help Desks, and choose the Front app.

Step 4

Paste your API token, and click Connect.

The set up is now complete! Please allow up to 24 hours for the complete set of data to flow through.
