Syncly uses AI to automatically categorize and analyze your communication with customers.
The Syncly integration feeds Front conversation data into an AI NLP (natural language processing) engine, creating analytics and insights that help customer-facing teams understand and address their most urgent issues at scale.
You must have Front company admin permissions to set up the integration.
