How to enable and use the Vooma integration

Vooma Quote enables logistics companies to win more business by automatically identifying email quotes, drafting responses, and determining whether opportunities were won or lost — without additional manual work from agents. Vooma Build automates the tedious order entry process, taking load building from 5-10 minutes to mere seconds, so customer operations leads can spend more time driving revenue and less time entering data.

The Vooma Front integration enables Front users to access Vooma Quote and Vooma Build from within the side panel in their inbox. When an email quote is received, agents can click ‘Create Quote’ to price and draft or automatically respond to email quote requests in seconds. When the load is won, agents can click ‘Build Order’ and Vooma will automatically build the full order in the TMS. See here for a video overview.
